Getting started

   Create an account and add a driver

   Name, date of birth and address — the details DVLA match a licence against — plus the role they drive for you, from company car to HGV articulated.

   Send the consent link

   The driver gets a secure single-use link by email, valid for 14 days. They enter their 16-character driving licence number on their phone — under two minutes.

3. 3

   Buy credits and run the check

   Each check uses one prepaid credit; if DVLA can't return an answer, the credit is refunded. The result comes back as a pass, concern or fail verdict.

4. 4

   Let the re-checks run

   Every driver is re-checked automatically — quarterly as standard, monthly at six or more penalty points or any licence problem. Nothing to diarise.
